Kleos Advisory Africa Collaborates with Access Bank in N50bn Groundbreaking Initiative ‘YouThrive’

The ground-breaking “YouThrive” program of Access Bank, Nigeria’s largest bank by customer base with a worldwide reach outside Africa, is set to be further enhanced through a strategic alliance with Kleos Advisory Africa, a preeminent business consultancy and advising firm. With the help of this partnership, young entrepreneurs all throughout the nation will be able to take full use of the N50 billion credit facility that is intended to assist 700,000 MSMEs.

At a press conference held at Access Bank’s head office in Lagos, Chizoma Okoli, the deputy managing director, stressed the importance of capacity building for the YouThrive initiative’s success. “Our objective is to guarantee that these young entrepreneurs have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in today’s competitive market, in addition to offering financial support,” Chizoma said.

Launched with the goal of empowering 4 million young MSMEs over four years, the YouThrive program will put its beneficiaries through a demanding curriculum focused on technology, creatives, business management, and skill acquisition. A major step in the right direction towards realizing this goal is our collaboration with Kleos Advisory Africa, a renowned consulting organization that specializes in business advice and training.

The added benefit of this cooperation was emphasized by Access Bank’s Head of Emerging Businesses, Chioma Ogwo, at the recent Inaugural Job Creation and MSME Quarterly Communications Forum in Abuja. Through our partnership with Kleos Advisory Africa, we guarantee our recipients receive first-rate expertise and exposure to international business practices. Through this collaboration, YouThrive’s capacity-building component will be strengthened, allowing MSMEs to share ideas and pick up tips from peers throughout the globe, according to Ogwo.

Kleos Advisory Africa CEO Dr. Glory Enyinnaya expressed excitement about the collaboration, saying, “We are thrilled to work with Access Bank on this revolutionary project.” Kleos sets itself apart with its data-driven methodology, which is supported by extensive research. Our creative methods and solutions are based on this research, which was published in the Harvard Business Review. This guarantees that entrepreneurs receive advise based on facts and specifically suited to their requirements and problems. We will work together to develop a new generation of Nigerian business leaders.
